Follow through the steps to understand the process:

Step 1: Login to your ConvertKit account and go to Account Settings

Step 2: Now copy your API key and click on show API secret

Step 3: Now go back to your WordPress Admin Dashboard and go to “Subscribe Forms > Integrations” and paste the API Key and API Secret here in the respective fields

Step 4: Once you are done pasting the API Key and API Secret, scroll down and hit “Save Changes”.
