Do you want to see how many visitors clicked on the sticky bar button? Or where to check how many visitors viewed and closed it?
You can see the numbers under Widget Analytics which is available in the Pro version.
Pease find it under Create New Bar button.
You can choose from the dropdown what period you want to examine or you can also enter custom dates.
The Visitors column refers to the number of visitors who viewed the widget.
Unique Button Clicks refers to the number of visitors who clicked the sticky bar button.
Button Click-rate refers to the percentage of unique visitors clicking on the button on the widget per total number of visitors.
Unique Close Clicks refers to the unique number of visitors that close the widget using X button.
If you don’t want these data to be captured, you can disable it.
You can also click Reset Data to set the numbers back to zero.
