In this guide we’ll show you what to do if you don’t see the My Sticky Elements widget on your site.

In most of the cases, after clicking on the “SAVE CHANGES” button, the widget will appear immediately on your website. In some rear cases, the widget won’t appear on your site. Here are some steps you can take to solve this:
- Are you using a cache plugin? We work well with most of the cache plugins, and have a built-in function that purges cache after you save your My Sticky Elements settings, but in some cases you’ll have to purge your cache manually. To do that, please go to your cache plugin’s settings, and look-up for the cache purge option.
- Are you using CloudFlare cache? Please go to your Caching settings in Cloudflare and click on the Purge Everything button
