You can use the custom channels to link to any web page, social service or even custom JavaScript code (e.g. you can use it to launch a chat provider like Tawk.To).

Here’s how you do it:
- Click on the custom icon channel
- Enter the URL you’d like to link to (it can also be a JavaSript code starting with “javascript:”)
- Click on the Appearance settings dropdown to upload your own custom image or select a Font Awesome icon instead. You can control the colors, on-hover text and select if you want the link to be opened in a new tab.
