In this guide, you will learn how you can update the payment method using your premio account. This guide is relevant for our customers who purchased any of our WordPress plugins.
Note: If you haven’t created a Premio account, please make sure you create a Premio account using the email you’ve used while making the purchase.
Go to your Premio account, login, and under “Purchase History”, you will see your subscription(s).
For every subscription you have, you will see few options to perform a specific action under the Actions column, so, to update your payment method, please click on “Update Payment Method” action.
This will take you to “Credit Card Info” section where you can see the card already selected which you used at the time of purchase and to change that, you need to select “Add New Card” option, input card details and then click on “Update Payment Method” button.
Once it’s done, you will see a success message confirming that your payment method has been updated.
