In this guide we’ll show you how you can make your Coupon X widget close automatically after conversion in a few super simple and quick clicks. Click to read more about how to use Coupon X for Shopify or Wix.
You can enable this feature so that when your website visitors copy your discount code or submit their e-mails, the widget will close on its own after a few seconds, without them having to click on the ”X” sign to exit, making your interface more user-friendly.
First, open the Coupon X app in your admin panel and click on the ”Edit” option next to your widget to open the widget settings.
Go to the Coupon Screen Design step, scroll down, click on the Advanced Settings button and look for the Close automatically after conversion setting, then simply turn the option on by toggling the button to the right.
You can also customize the Close after value to specify the number of seconds after which the widget should automatically close.
When you’re done, don’t forget to hit ”Publish” at the bottom of the page. That’s it! Easy as 1,2,3 ☺️
