How add pending messages to your Coupon X widget

You can enable this feature to increase your click-rate by displaying a pending messages icon on your widget in order to let your website visitors know that you’re waiting for them to contact you. Please note this feature doesn’t reflect an actual number of queued inquiries. 

So let’s dive in!

First, open the Coupon X app in your admin panel and click on the ”Edit” option next to your widget. 

Scroll down and look for the ”Pending messages” option, then simply turn the option on by toggling the button to the right. Don’t forget to add the number of messages you wish to display in your icon.

When you’re done, don’t forget to hit ”Publish” at the bottom of the page. That’s it! Easy as 1,2,3 ☺️
