How add pending messages to your Coupon X widget

You can enable this feature to increase your click-rate by displaying a pending messages icon on your widget in order to let your website visitors know that you’re waiting for them to contact you. Please note this feature doesn’t reflect an actual number of queued inquiries. 

So let’s dive in!

First, open the Coupon X app in your admin panel and click on the Edit option next to your widget, or create a new one by clicking Create New Widget.

Click Advanced Settings in your Icon Design.

Enable Pending message bubble.

You can also add the number of messages you wish to display in your icon and edit the number and background color.

When you’re done customizing your widget, don’t forget to hit Publish or Save Widget at the bottom of the page. That’s it! Easy as 1,2,3 ☺️
