How to create another Coupon X widget for WordPress

In this guide we’ll show you how to create another (e.g. second, third) Coupon X widget.

You can have multiple widgets for example targeting different products or collections, different countries, cart values and so on.

To learn more about how to use the Coupon X plug-in click here and don’t forget to check our entire Coupon X knowledge base.

Let’s get right into it. First, open the Coupon X plug-in dashboard from your WordPress admin panel.

If you want to save up some time, you can duplicate an already existing widget by clicking on the “Duplicate” button next to your widget.

If you choose this option, proceed with changing the settings that you wish to have different from the original widget and only keep the settings you wish to remain the same.

If you prefer to start over, click on the “Create new widget” button in your dashboard.

If you choose this option, you will need to go through each of the setting steps like you did when creating your very first widget. If you need any help with this, please check this guide. (will add link).

Whichever option you choose, remember it’s important to make sure the two widgets don’t appear on top of each other. Check your triggers and targeting rules carefully to avoid any overlapping, for example, if you set widget #1 to show on one page, make sure widget #2 doesn’t show on this page. You can read more about setting up page targeting, cart value targeting, order history targeting and country targeting here. (add links)

When you return to your dashboard, you’ll find the widget you just created at the bottom of the table, below your previously existing widgets.

And that’s it! Once you’re ready, click on the “Save” button. Your new widget is now live!
