In most of the cases, after clicking on the “Save” button, the Chaty widget will appear on your website. In some rear cases, the widget won’t appear on your site. Here are some steps you can take to solve this:
- Are you using a cache plugin? We work well with most of the cache plugins, and have a built-in function that purges cache after you save your Chaty settings, but in some cases you’ll need to purge your cache manually. To do that, please go to your cache plugin’s settings, and look for the purge option.
- Are you using CloudFlare cache? Please go to your Caching settings in Cloudflare and click on the Purge Everything button
Still having issues? If after purging your cache you still don’t see Chaty on your website, please email us at [email protected] or visit our Facebook group.
