So let’s dive in on how to install Chaty on a Volusion website. First, you will need to create an account for the Chaty app here or if you already have an account, you can log in instead.
Next, please proceed with setting up and customising your Chaty widget with the channels of choice such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and so on:

Now it’s time to connect Chaty to your Volusion website.
To install the Chaty code on the entire site, log in to your Volusion dashboard and open the ‘File Editor’ that can found inside the ‘Design’ menu as shown below:
Under ‘Shortcuts’, you will find an area titled ‘Theme Files’. The first one is your active theme template and will start with ‘template_’ and end with ‘.html’. Click on this link to open the template file editor, as show below:
Now, scroll down to the bottom and find the tag that reads body and paste your Chaty installation script right above this tag:
