How to install Chaty on Unbounce

So let’s dive in on how to install Chaty on an Unbounce landing page. First, you will need to create an account for the Chaty app here or if you already have an account, you can log in instead. 

Next, proceed with setting up and customising your Chaty widget with channels of your choice such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter and so on: 

 

After you are done, copy the installation code: 

 Now it’s time to connect Chaty to your Unbounce landing page.

Log in to your Unbounce dashboard and click on Settings in the left menu. A new drop-down menu will appear:

Next, click on Script Manager in order to open the Script Manager menu:

Once you open the Script Manager menu, click on Add a script.

In the new Add a Script box, enter a name for your script – for example ”Chaty app” and click the Add Script Details button.

Next, use the Placement drop-down menu to choose the placement of your script.

Use the Included on drop-down menu to choose whether you want your script added to your main pages, confirmation dialog pages, or all.

Then, choose the domain(s) that you would like to add your Chaty script to via the checkboxes and add the Chaty installation script in the text editor.

And that’s it! Now you have the Chaty widget on your Unbounce webpage.
