Next, proceed with setting up and customising your Chaty widget with channels of preference such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Viber and so on:

After you are done, copy the installation code:

Now it’s time to connect Chaty to your Shopware webstore.

To install the Chaty code on the entire site, log in to your Shopware dashboard and click on Extensions > My Extensions, like so:

Once you open the My Extensions page, click on Upload extension.

Next, using the links below, download the Custom JavaScript Manager for Shopware. You can install the Chaty code via this plugin.

ShopWare 5: Custom JavaScript/CSS Manager

ShopWare 6: Custom JavaScript/CSS Manager

Please note that we do not manage the extensions in Shopware. This means that we cannot offer any support regarding these Shopware extensions.

Once you have downloaded the extension, you can access it in your Shopware account. If you use Shopware 5 you can find it under “Custom CSS/JSS” and under “Settings”. If you use Shopware 6 you can find it under “Custom JavaScript/CSS” under “Configuration”.

Now, paste the Chaty installation code in the JavaScript box. We’d recommend that you name the container for easier recognition, then make sure you put in on active and select the right shop. Once you have done this, you can click “Save and compile”.

And that’s it! Now you have the Chaty widget on your entire Shopware webstore.

In the end, depending on your settings and customisations, it could look something like this with channels such as Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone call or anything of your choice:
