How to install Chaty on Magento

So let’s dive in on how to install Chaty on a Magento website. First, you need to create an account for the Chaty app here or if you already have an account, log in instead. 

Next, set up and customise your widget by adding the channels you want, such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, phone and so on: 

After you are done, copy the installation code:

 

Now, let’s connect the Chaty app to your Magento webstore.

To install the Chaty app code on the enitere site, go to your Magento dashboard and navigate to Admin Panel > Content > Configuration.

Then, choose the store view that you want to edit the head tag on or select Global in order to change it on every store view:


Next, find the HTML Head section and paste your Chaty installation code in the Scripts and Style Sheets field, like so:

Once you’re done, don’t forget to press the Save Configuration button!
